Specific responsibilities and accountabilities focused on FX as follows:
Responsibilities
- Support roll out of FX services across Inchcape Shipping Services.
- Work with SMEs across the organisation to monitor and improve the FX solution by assessing problems, incorporating and implementing feedback and requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product vision, progress, and addressing concerns.
- Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the product lifecycle.
- Investigate and resolve issues within the workflow with emphasis on root cause analysis to facilitate product development.
- Work with various product teams to enhance and improve the current solution.
- Adhere to and promote group policies; report to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Develop and enhance knowledge of FX markets to enhance the product offering.
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives.
- Stay updated on FX products, services, and industry practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining operational processes through documentation updates and cross-training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Experience and understanding of Foreign Exchange.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar systems-related role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Independent self-starter, capable of evaluating issues and driving the business to find and implement solutions.

- Experience at business unit level with excellent communication skills.

Education and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT or related field.
