Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and fund utilization to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor funding requirements and coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and lenders for timely fund mobilization.
• Oversee borrowings, debt servicing, interest payments, and repayment schedules to ensure effective treasury management.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, monitor asset-liability management (ALM), and ensure compliance with RBI/NHB regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain treasury reports, track borrowing costs, support financial audits, and identify opportunities to optimize funding costs.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and fund management within HFCs/NBFCs.
• Good understanding of borrowing instruments, bank funding, refinancing, debt management, and capital market transactions.
• Proficiency in asset-liability management (ALM), financial analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and MS Excel skills with the ability to prepare accurate treasury reports.
