Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Treasury Coordinator to manage accounts receivable processes, reconcile bank statements with AR entries, and support treasury tooling alignment with bank portals.

The role requires 4+ years in AR, strong accounting fundamentals, and proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. Flexibility for 24/7 shifts and collaboration with IT to resolve tool issues are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong accounting background and attention to detail.
• Understanding of OTC cycle /Reconciliation.
• Flexible to work in different shifts – in 24/7 environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Understanding on Accounting receivable process.
• Reconcile bank statements with AR transactions.
• Reconciliation of Treasury admin tool Vs Bank portal.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AR reconciliation processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Calculate and monitor KPIs related to AR (Treasury Admin).
• Work with IT team in case of issue with the tool, should be resolved in timely manner.
• Understanding on the User role on the View/ Approve.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data.
