Job summary

Tide is seeking a Treasury Analyst - Strategy & Planning to safeguard liquidity and optimize capital across our multi-entity ecosystem. You will partner with FP&A, Risk, and Product squads to model cash flow and funding, ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic growth.

The role requires 1–2 years in treasury, strong modelling abilities, and proficiency with BI tools. We value ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of treasury liquidity and capital management experience.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably tech-driven scale-up environments.
  • Intermediate to advanced modelling skills; willingness to upskill.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, cash-flow forecasting and flow of funds.
  • Self-starter with ownership mentality and proactive attitude.
  • Experience using BI reporting tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Liquidity and capital management: support activities across entities, currencies, and business lines.
  • Cash monitoring and forecasting: daily liquidity, weekly forecasts, and cash-flow models.
  • Business support and funds flow: assess liquidity/funding implications for new launches.
  • Policy governance: help build treasury policies for liquidity, FX, and risk management.
  • Intra-group funding: assist with debt financing analysis and intercompany funding mechanisms.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Treasury team acts as 1st LoD and is at the forefront of driving financial excellence and supporting strategic growth. The Treasury team mission is to optimize the company's financial resources and investment, manage financial risks, ensure robust liquidity and effective cash management and comprehensive treasury operations. Moreover the team collaborates closely with the product and business team to align financial strategies with business objectives. By contributing to impactful financial decisions, the Treasury team aims to enable sustainable success and growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Treasury Analyst - Strategy & Planning, you will play a crucial role in the team to maintain our financial health, ensure efficient liquidity and capital utilization, and drive our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liquidity and capital management Support liquidity and capital management activities and decisions across multiple entities, currencies, and business lines Support strategic initiatives in line with the company growth models Partner with FP&A and Risk to build resilient liquidity and capital structures that support regulatory and operational needs
  • Cash Monitoring & Forecasting Manage and monitor daily global cash positioning and weekly forecasting Develop and maintain cash flow models that support product expansion and business planning Continuous improvement of financial models within Treasury, particular cash flow forecasting and product funding models
  • Business Support, Flow of Funds Structuring and New Product Review Provide treasury input into risk assessments for new launches—covering liquidity, funding, currency risk, and treasury ops implications Act as the treasury voice in cross-functional product development squads
  • Policy Ownership & Governance Assist the Treasury team to the build and maintain robust treasury policies for liquidity, FX, interest rate risk, and capital management Ensure fintech treasury processes align with regulatory standards and internal control frameworks
  • Corporate Debt & Intra-Group Funding Support the Treasury S&P team, Treasurer and the CFO with the analysis and the execution of debt financing strategies to fund growth and strategic initiatives Support the management for intra-group funding arrangements including pricing, documentation, and tracking
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with Treasury liquidity and capital management. Prior experience in financial services – preferably in technology-driven & scale-up environments preferred At least an intermediate to advanced modelling skills, and willingness to upskill the modelling skills in Tide Strong accounting knowledge, cash-flow forecasting and flow of funds Self-starter, independent and extreme ownership mentality Experience utilizing BI reporting tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau etc) is desirable Experience working within a dynamic and strong paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
