Paradigmit Technology Services seeks a Senior Engineer & Senior Technician for Repair & Testing of telecom electronics. You will diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuits, PCBA, and BTS equipment, and perform advanced repair, debugging, and testing across 2G/3G/4G/5G platforms.

Candidate should have ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication and be capable of training L1/L2 technicians, with hands-on experience using test gear like CROs, spectrum analyzers, and RF testing setups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-10 years of experience in electronics repair and testing.
• ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA repair and testing.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuits, PCBA, BTS, and telecom equipment.
• Analyze circuit voltage and signals using board views and circuit diagrams.
• Perform advanced PCBA repair, rework, debugging, and testing.
• Analyze test results, identify faults, and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to L1 and L2 technicians.

Job Description

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuits, PCBA, BTS, and telecom equipment.
• Analyze circuit voltage and signals using **board views and circuit diagrams**.
• Identify electronic components and understand their functions within the circuit.
• Perform advanced-level **PCBA repair, rework, debugging, and testing**.
• Analyze test results, identify faults, and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare and support the development of troubleshooting guidelines and repair procedures.
• Provide **On-the-Job Training (OJT)** to L1 and L2 technicians for skill development.
• Repair and troubleshoot BTS cards and related equipment, including:
  • Control Cards
  • Channel Cards
  • Duplexers
  • RRH
  • Microcells
  • MMU
  • DWDM Equipment
• Work on telecom technologies including **2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G**.
• Understand communication and RF concepts such as:

• Maintain quality standards and ensure accurate testing, repair, and documentation of repaired products.
