Role Description

Qualifications:

• Must hold an IATA-certified diploma/degree or a relevant professional diploma (minimum duration of 2–3 years).

Experience:

• 10–15 years of experience in a reputed Travel Agency or Airline Ticketing Office.
• Proven travel training experience, preferably in a professional or academic setting.
• In-depth working knowledge of GDS systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, etc.
• Understanding of foreign currency exchange procedures, cargo handling, and global travel regulations.
• Awareness of organizations associated with the travel industry (e.g., IATA, ICAO, UFTAA).
