Job summary

Wings Institute for Air Hostess and Hotel Management Training in Vadodara invites an experienced Travel & Tourism Faculty member to teach itinerary planning, world geography, fares and GDS operations at the Alkapuri campus.

You will train students using live GDS terminals (Galileo/Amadeus), handle visa and travel documentation, and help design domestic and international tour packages for placement readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in travel operations, ticketing or a travel agency.
• Hands-on proficiency with at least one global distribution system.
• Confident spoken English and strong world geography.
• A tourism degree or an IATA credential.

Job description

A Travel & Tourism Faculty member at Wings Institute teaches itinerary planning, world geography, fares, ticketing and global distribution systems at the Alkapuri campus in Vadodara. Live GDS work on Galileo or Amadeus is the core of the syllabus.

What you will do

What the job offers

• Fixed 10 AM to 7 PM hours, Monday to Saturday, with one weekly off — no rosters, no night shifts
• One central campus at Alkapuri, Vadodara — no travelling between branches
• Teach inside real training facilities: a 24-seat Airbus A330 mock cabin, a commercial kitchen lab, a fine-dine mock restaurant, a front-desk PMS lab and a grooming studio
• A 17-year-old institute (parent EEC-Enbee since 1997) with around 500 students a year

Terms

Full-time. 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with one weekly off. Experience: 3+ years. Qualification: A tourism degree or a personal IATA training credential. Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month.

Where the job is

The campus is on the 2nd floor of RG Square 14, Nutan Bharat Society, Alkapuri, Vadodara — about 4 km from Vadodara Junction and about 8 km from Vadodara airport (BDQ). Candidates commute daily from Alkapuri, Fatehgunj, Manjalpur, Gotri, Karelibaug, Race Course, and from Sayajigunj, Akota, Subhanpura, Sama, Waghodia Road, Atladara, Vasna-Bhayli, Tandalja, Nizampura, Harni Road, Makarpura, Maneja. This is a Vadodara-based role: candidates from Anand 45 km, Nadiad 55 km, Godhra 70 km, Bharuch 75 km, Ankleshwar 90 km commute in daily along the highway and rail corridors. Ahmedabad 110 km, Gandhinagar 130 km, Surat 165 km are not daily-commute distances, so the role suits candidates already in Vadodara or relocating to it.
