Travel Sales Executive (Domestic)- Delhi

Role & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the Travel Tour Industry.
• Handling sales inquiries, bookings, documentation, complaints handling, etc.
• Designing & preparing itineraries of holiday packages for customers.
• Correspondence dealing with transporters and handling agents.
• Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
• Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls and taking regular follow-ups.
• Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills.
• Any graduate with good knowledge of travel. Any graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism.
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in Travel Sales.
• Preference for Domestic Travel Sales Knowledge.
• Experience in the travel industry only.
