Job summary

Raise is seeking an Administration & Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel for CXOs, senior leaders, and staff in Mumbai. The role emphasizes seamless travel arrangements, cost optimization, and strict adherence to company policies.

You will coordinate domestic and international bookings, liaise with vendors, prepare itineraries, and maintain travel records while ensuring compliance and timely invoicing with Finance. Join a fast-growing fintech team.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Administration, Travel Desk, or Executive Travel Coordination.
• Experience arranging travel for senior leadership and employees.
• Strong vendor management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, visas, and local transportation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for CXOs, leadership teams, and employees.
• Handle itinerary planning, travel modifications, cancellations, and urgent travel requests.
• Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective bookings.
• Maintain travel records, reports, and related documentation.
• Process travel-related invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to company travel policies and provide travel-related support to employees.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration & Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for CXOs, senior leadership, and employees. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless

travel experiences while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate travel arrangements for CXOs, leadership teams, and employees.
