Job Description
The main objective for the CaptiveCoE GTM Leader is getting engagement with prospects. The thesis is that 1) demand is very high, 2) everyone is looking for help to scale and 3) we need to increase the at bats (meetings) with Stakeholders. Network/Relationship, Initial Messaging, GTM Content, & CaptiveCoE leadership will be the main drivers. After the initial meeting, the sales process is pretty straightforward. Key levers are trust and relationship. The GTM leader can highlight opportunities for Trantor to leverage our relationships to get over the trust barrier.
Key highlights & key indicators for this role:
i) Grow CaptiveCoE Sales with $2M Per Year
ii) Grow CaptiveCoE Sales by at least $2M Per Year with New Customers
a) Land 2 new customers with greater than $500k in ARR each
b) Land 3 new customers with greater than $300k in ARR each
c) Land 1-2 new customers with ARR less than 200K
a) Land 10% of new sales from existing customers
b) Customer Satisfaction Score >= 3.2
a) Higher conversion trend
b) Provide insights into Opportunity tracking and lifecycle
c) Availability of sufficient marketing content for CaptiveCoE online and offline
a) Drive target-driven sales team effectively
b) Work with marketing teams to run and manage marketing campaigns effectively
