Sgb Transformers invites qualified field service engineers to install, inspect, and commission power transformers at customer sites in Hyderabad.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on transformers and switchgear, diagnose faults, and provide technical guidance to operations staff.

You will document test results, generate service reports, and ensure safety compliance with IEC, IEEE, and NFPA 70E standards on every job.

Responsabilités

• Install, inspect, and commission power transformers and related high-voltage equipment on-site.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on transformers, switchgear, and related equipment.
• Diagnose transformer faults and implement solutions to restore functionality.
• Prepare detailed service reports and technical documentation for clients and internal records.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and high-voltage standards during on-site work.

Transformer Service

• Install, inspect, and commission power transformers and related high-voltage equipment on-site.
• Ensure proper alignment, connections, and operational readiness according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines LinkedIn+1.

Maintenance and Repairs

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on transformers, switchgear, and associated equipment.
• Conduct emergency repairs and field service interventions for both energized and de-energized transformers LinkedIn+2.
• Maintain oil processing equipment and other transformer auxiliary systems Siemens Energy Global.

Troubleshooting and Technical Support

• Diagnose transformer faults and implement solutions to restore functionality.
• Provide technical guidance to operations and maintenance personnel and support repair activities LinkedIn+1.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare detailed service reports, test results, and technical documentation for clients and internal records.
• Maintain accurate records of pre- and post-testing data, transformer sheets, and project documentation Indeed+1.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, high-voltage protocols, and international standards such as IEC, IEEE, NETA, and NFPA 70E LinkedIn+1.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and site-specific hazard assessments
