Job summary

TPNOMIX is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager (Level 1) in India with 5–6 years of transfer pricing experience to lead a small team and deliver high-quality TP work across multiple regions. The role emphasizes ownership of project outcomes and client coordination.

You will review and draft Local File and Master File documentation, perform benchmarking analyses, and manage advisory assignments while guiding junior team members and ensuring timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA in Finance is required.
• 5–6 years of transfer pricing experience.

We are looking for candidate with min 5 to 6 years of experience in Transfer Pricing to join our growing team as a Transfer Pricing Manager (Level 1).

Responsibilities:

As a Manager in the transfer pricing team, you will have a team of 2 to 3 junior members and an overall project responsibility. You will contribute to the team's overall success by ensuring accurate, quality, and timely deliverables.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Reviewing or drafting transfer pricing documentation (i.e., Local File and Master File) for clients across India, Europe and North America;
• Benchmarking analysis;
• Managing transfer pricing advisory assignments; and
• Coordinating with clients to complete the assignment;

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance
• 5 to 6 years of transfer pricing experience
