Job summary

myHQ is seeking a Transactions Manager to guide enterprise clients through office leasing, collaborating with landlords, developers, and coworking operators to deliver tailored office solutions while driving revenue and long-term relationships.

You will manage end-to-end lease processes, curate options, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth transaction execution across intracity travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales (mandatory).
• Prior experience in commercial leasing or co-working industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to identify optimal office spaces.
• Develop and streamline processes for long-term lease transactions, renewals, and exits.
• Prepare transaction materials, including appointment letters, market comparison reports, offer letters, and client business cases.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review and ensure lease agreements include all standard and client-approved clauses.
• Oversee transaction completion, including verifying stamp duty, registration charges, and coordinating property registrations.

From understanding workspace requirements and curating suitable options to negotiating commercial terms and ensuring seamless transaction execution, you'll collaborate with clients, landlords, developers, and coworking operators to deliver tailored office solutions while driving revenue and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to identify optimal office spaces.

Travel:

This role requires frequent intracity travel for client meetings, space visits, and consultations. All travel expenses are covered as per industry standards, with the team using a corporate Uber account for convenience
