myHQ is hiring a Manager – Commercial Leasing in Chennai to guide enterprise clients through office-space journeys, from needs assessment to negotiated terms and a seamless closing.

You will build relationships with landlords and co-working operators, oversee long-term lease processes, prepare client-ready materials, and ensure compliant, well-documented transactions that drive revenue and lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to identify optimal office spaces.
• Develop and streamline processes for long-term lease transactions, renewals, and exits.
• Prepare transaction materials, including appointment letters, market comparison reports, offer letters, and client business cases.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review and ensure lease agreements include all standard and client-approved clauses.
• Oversee transaction completion, including stamp duty, registration charges, and coordinating property registrations.

From understanding workspace requirements and curating suitable options to negotiating commercial terms and ensuring seamless transaction execution, you'll collaborate with clients, landlords, developers, and coworking operators to deliver tailored office solutions while driving revenue and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to identify optimal office spaces.
• Develop and streamline processes for long-term lease transactions, renewals, and exits.
• Prepare transaction materials, including appointment letters, market comparison reports, offer letters, and client business cases.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review and ensure lease agreements include all standard and client-approved clauses.
• Oversee transaction completion, including verifying stamp duty, registration charges, and coordinating property registrations.

Travel

This role requires frequent intracity travel for client meetings, space visits, and consultations. All travel expenses are covered as per industry standards, with the team using a corporate Uber account for convenience
