  • Shaping transaction outcomes from diligence through close and TSA exit by directing IT due diligence, transaction planning, TSA strategy, pricing inputs, service design, delivery, and exit sequencing, and by making judgment calls on transition approaches where precedent does not exist and the financial and operational stakes are material.

  • Directing resource and investment planning for the transaction portfolio by assessing demand across deals, recommending funding and staffing allocations, managing third‑party and partner capacity, and making prioritization recommendations that shape how IT resources are deployed against inorganic growth objectives.
