Job summary

Magic Bus India Foundation seeks a Training Officer to deliver structured youth Livelihood programme training across Mumbai. Lead classroom sessions, adapt content to local contexts, and assure consistent messaging and outcomes to help youth progress to jobs or further study.

Role requires 3–5 years in soft skills and life skills training, with strong English and local language communication, plus ability to mentor and guide youth through development plans.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in soft skills and life skills training.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and local language.
  • Strong digital learning skills for training others and for self-learning.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training programmes for youth in the Livelihood programme.
  • Lead training in colleges and implement Magic Bus curriculum with local adaptation.
  • Conduct 1:1 needs assessments and develop Personal Development Plans with youth.
