Job Description (JD): Trainer Retail Sales Executive
This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about training and development in the

Qualification: ITI Diploma-in Retail
Experience: Minimum 4 years in relevant technical and teaching roles

Travelling Requirement: No
CTC: 20,000 - 22,000 per month
Key Responsibilities (KRs):
1. Conduct training sessions for candidates in line with the attached Model Curriculum.
2. Coordinate the activities, resources, equipment, and information required for training.
3. Develop and prepare training session plans and presentations.
4. Create and organize training content following company guidelines.
5. Identify necessary training resources and ensure availability.
6. Maintain accurate records of student attendance for all sessions.
7. Monitor the daily progress of classes and address any issues immediately.
8. Conduct both theory and practical sessions, including field exercises.
9. Prepare and submit regular reports on training progress to the Center Manager and Head Office
(HO).
10. Establish and maintain communication with the Center Manager and HO on a regular basis.
11. Monitor and track students progress, identifying and resolving any challenges.
12. Provide post-placement counselling for aspirants, ensuring smooth transitions into the workforce.
13. Assist in conducting assessments of students and provide feedback for improvement.
14. Participate in mobilization and placement activities as required by the organization, contributing to
KRA targets.
Skills Required:
1. Proactive, hardworking individual with a commitment to training excellence.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
4. Strong time management and organizational skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Ability to assist senior team members and work as part of a collaborative team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and formatting tools.
7. Prior experience in the training domain is highly preferred.
