Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Radiology Medical Imaging Technology who will be responsible for delivering engaging and conceptually strong academic sessions for undergraduate students. The candidate will facilitate classroom learning through effective teaching methods, discussions, demonstrations, and practical activities while ensuring alignment with the prescribed curriculum.

The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and passionate about student learning, with the ability to track learner progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive academic feedback. They will also maintain academic records, collaborate with the Campus Academics team, and actively incorporate feedback to continuously improve teaching effectiveness and ensure a positive learning experience for students.

• - Excellent classroom facilitation skills with the ability to keep learners engaged, motivated, and focused. Prior experience in teaching, facilitation, academic training, or mentoring students will be preferred.
• - Openness to feedback and a growth mindset toward teaching methods, student learning outcomes, and academic processes.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and collaborate effectively with campus teams.
