About the Role
Ganpat University is seeking qualified and experienced Trainers / Faculty for the Junior Software Developer role under NGKRM. The selected trainer will deliver practical, hands-on software development training and prepare trainees for entry-level opportunities in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training as per the prescribed Qualification Pack (QP) and curriculum.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, demonstrations, assignments, case studies and project-based learning.
- Prepare training material, presentations, practical exercises and assessment content.
- Conduct periodic tests, practical assessments, assignments and evaluations.
- Monitor trainee attendance, participation, performance and learning progress.
- Identify learning gaps and provide mentoring and remedial support.
- Guide trainees in practical projects and industry-oriented assignments.
- Support employability, interview preparation and industry-readiness activities.
- Maintain attendance, assessment, progress reports and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with project and academic teams for effective implementation of the training program.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry technologies, tools and practices.
- Ensure training delivery complies with applicable NGKRM and Sector Skill Council requirements.
- Train participants in programming fundamentals, algorithms, coding practices and software development concepts.
- Conduct coding exercises and guide trainees in developing mini-projects and software portfolios.
- Train participants in debugging, testing and basic software quality practices.
Mandatory Eligibility
Educational Qualification: Graduate in a relevant discipline as prescribed under the Qualification Pack.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience in Software Development.
