Prestige Fit4Less in India, Lamphelpat invites a dedicated fitness professional to join as a floor coach and member-facing trainer. You will assess clients, create personalized plans, and ensure correct technique while guiding safe workouts on a busy gym floor.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA or equivalent)
• 1-3 years of floor coaching or personal training experience
• Strong communication, knowledge of exercise science, and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Client Coaching: Conduct fitness assessments, design customized workout plans, and guide members on proper form, biomechanics, and safety.
• Floor Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym floor, ensuring proper equipment maintenance and re-racking of weights.
• Member Engagement: Deliver high-energy fitness consultations, conduct trial sessions, and assist with member onboarding to drive retention.
• Safety Protocols: Monitor workouts to prevent injury and enforce facility safety and hygiene standards.
