Job summary

SgurrEnergy in Pune, India, seeks a Computer Engineering graduate to build and support applications across ERP, CRM, and project management systems. You will translate business processes into working software with AI coding agents like Claude Code and contribute to UI design, quality assurance, and go-live activities.

You will work end-to-end from requirements through testing to release, bridging business needs with technical implementation, and creating user documentation to help users succeed

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code through projects, coursework, or internships.
• Skill in crafting effective prompts and using AI tools to solve problems.
• Competence in user interface design principles and quality assurance techniques.
• Ability to think analytically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management platforms, or agentic AI approaches (preferred but not required).
• Experience or comfort with locally-hosted artificial intelligence systems is a plus.
