• Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models, trackers, and analytical reports.
• Leverage advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, charts, and data analysis tools.

About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee – Finance to join our Finance team and support financial analytics, MIS reporting, and business insights. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to gain hands‑on exposure to financial planning, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, and good communication skills, with an eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and financial reports for management review.
• Support financial analytics and interpretation of business/financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Assist in preparation of periodic reports, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models, trackers, and analytical reports.
• Leverage advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, charts, and data analysis tools.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
• Support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the Finance function.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements as needed.
