Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Assist with financial analysis tasks such as reviewing financial statements, analyzing key financial metrics, and preparing financial reports.

Data Entry and Management: Help with data entry tasks related to financial transactions, expenses, and revenue, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, preparing spreadsheets, and assisting with financial modeling under the guidance of senior finance staff.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by organizing documentation, conducting research, and assisting with audit inquiries as needed.

Financial Systems and Tools: Familiarize yourself with financial software systems and tools used for accounting, reporting, and analysis, and assist with data entry and system maintenance tasks.

Ad‑Hoc Projects: Assist finance teams with ad‑hoc projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, cost‑saving initiatives, or special financial analyses.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures in all finance‑related activities.
