Job Title: Trader I (0–2 Years Experience)

About Us:

We are a NBFC Registered Financial Services Firm with 38+ years of industry-leading experience, located in Rajendra Place, New Delhi 110008.

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about the stock markets? Are charts, indicators, and trading psychology your interests? Do you spend your free time learning about trading, watching market moves, or back-testing strategies? Whether you're a beginner or already placing live trades, Commitment, India’s first social network exclusively for traders, is looking for motivated traders to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Trade with our team's trusted professional traders from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm daily (lunch after 3:30 pm).
2. Share trade ideas, setups, and insights in Commitment app's live chat rooms.
3. Engage with other traders on the platform.
4. Host weekly trader discussions or strategy breakdowns.
5. Collaborate with product and content teams to improve trader experience.
6. (Bonus) Meme your way through a red market day.

Requirements:

1. 0–5 years of active trading experience (Equity, F&O, or Intraday).
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business (preferred but not mandatory). Students in analytical streams like Engineering or Data Science with a strong interest in trading are also encouraged.
3. Self-taught market learners and passionate retail traders are welcome.
4. No formal trading certification required; skills are valued.
5. Strong understanding of technical analysis or strategy-based trading.
6. Experience with any broker and trading analytics platform (e.g., Zerodha, Upstox, TradingView).
7. Passion for community and trader learning.
