Role Description

This is a full–time on‑site role for a Trademarks Associate, based in the firm's Gurugram office. The responsibilities include managing trademark prosecution and enforcement, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting thorough research, providing legal advice on trademark-related issues, and supporting clients with IP rights protection strategies. Timely communication with clients and coordination with relevant authorities will also form an integral part of the role.
