Job Description

In this role, you will:

The Incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with both Internal & External stakeholders to drive Strategies for MT Accounts

  • Manage the Spends for the Channel & look at RGM builds & hold NSV & P&L responsibility

  • Conceptualise & Manage the Shopper Activation activities to ensure Share Gain for the Channel

  • Continuous benchmark with the market, identifying opportunities and proposing improvements in the business model.

  • Developing and implementing trade marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and B2C marketing plans.

  • Plan and execute trade promotions, discounts, and incentive programs to drive sales volume and market share.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop POS materials, merchandising displays, and other assets that support trade marketing initiatives.

  • Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on trade marketing strategies and objectives

  • Interface for region with Head Office team in organization on all Trade marketing & Marketing related investments/ execution

  • Interacting with internal & external stakeholders to ensure execution as per the defined guidelines

In one of our Trade Marketing role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDBM with Minimum 7 years of experience

  • Proven leadership in managing large Modern Trade Key Accounts

  • Proven track record of scaling business in Modern Trade to 30%-40% growth YOY

  • 4 - 6 years in Trade Marketing with cross functional collaborative expertise. Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions

  • Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external partners Strong understanding of MT operations

  • Experience in analyzing market trends and competitor activities
