Job Description:

This job is responsible for independently performing a variety of routine and non-routine support functions related to trade finance servicing by following established bank policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include processing trade transactions, performing follow-up tasks, providing middle office support, handling irregular cases, and ensuring compliance with internal policy and local regulatory requirements.

Job expectations include proactively improving capabilities to drive operational excellence and support delivery of exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Processes all functions of trade transactions and maintains a high quality of work by ensuring adherence with all procedures, practices, and service delivery standards
• Identifies and escalates suspicious transactions and ensures compliance with internal policy and local regulatory requirements
• Researches and analyzes all trade transactions that require specialized, sensitive, or exception handling that may require escalation
• Manages risk by ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and proactively, identifying and escalating potential risks
• Develops capabilities and competencies through self-study or participation in trainings on system enhancements

Skills:

• Graduate/MBA from a reputed institutes with about 2 to 6 years’ of experience in operations processing in a bank
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and within stiff time deadlines
• Good Analytical and Inter-personal skills
• Good Computer skills
• Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement
• Ability to manage volumes with accuracy
