Job summary

Qualifications

• Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA/ALM or similar tools.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts and Development teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly test status reports.
• Ensure test coverage and quality compliance for releases.
• Support UAT and production validation activities.
