Job summary

ATOZ Logistics is seeking a Tracking Executive to monitor vehicle movements using WheelsEye, FleetX, and internal software. You will coordinate with drivers, maintain trip records, and handle basic data entry to ensure smooth operations.

The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within the logistics team. Prior tracking experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics tracking or similar role preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in WheelsEye and FleetX tracking software.
• Familiarity with basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track vehicles using WheelsEye, FleetX, and internal systems.
• Coordinate with drivers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and digital reports.
• Perform basic data entry tasks.
• Share status updates with management and clients as required.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring vehicle movements using tracking platforms (WheelsEye, FleetX, and internal software), coordinating with drivers on calls, and maintaining basic computer-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track vehicles using software such as WheelsEye, FleetX, and internal tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and reports in digital formats.
• Perform basic computer tasks, such as data entry.
• Update and share status with management and clients as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:Previous experience in logistics tracking or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in using tracking software such as WheelsEye, FleetX, and basic internal systems.
• Familiarity with basic computer tools
• Communication Skills:
