Citibank (Switzerland) AG seeks a SAP CTE Fieldglass Business Analyst in hybrid Pune to bridge business needs with technology. You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, and validate end-to-end processes to meet delivery commitments.

Collaboration with Operations and stakeholders across regions will be essential. You will analyze data, write complex queries, support BRDs, testing, UAT, and production migrations.

The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.**Job Responsibilities:*** As a business analyst, is expected to work on requirement gathering, solution design, configuration and end-to-end validation of setups to delivery high-quality solution to meet our delivery commitments.* Expected to have very strong knowledge of SAP Platform tools i,e Concur and travel expenses (CTE), Fieldglass and Data warehouse & middleware tools.* Will be responsible for working with Operations and business stakeholders.* Knowledge on AI tools, application of AI enablement for P2P processes* Should have excellent techno-functional knowledge on aspects of integrations, ability to work with cross functional teams to delivery high-quality solutions for complex integrations.* Should have Hands on experience in debugging techniques, excellent problem-solving skills.* This role is expected to Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BRDs, testing support, resolution of UAT issues and production migration support.* Should provide analytical support by writing complex queries.* Schedule meetings as required, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes.* Assist in training / recruiting contract resources.* This position provides a platform for continued development and visibility across a global organization as well as exposure to senior management and other functions. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on various management activities as required. **Job Skills/Qualifications:*** 4-6 years’ experience in Enterprise platforms like SAP with expertise in Concur and travel expenses (CTE), Fieldglass and Data warehouse & middleware tools.* Having Good experience in Implementation, Enhancements, upgrade and rollout projects.* Strong process knowledge around travel and expense processes* Have experience in electronic processing and workflows* Good knowledge on SQL/PL SQL queries* Understanding of SAP data models and integration with other modules* Demonstrated ability to methodically synthesize and analyze data with precise qualitative outputs.* Attention to detail to ensure precision of data and overall quality of outputs.* Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
