Job summary

Price Waterhouse Cooper LLP in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Risk Manager for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to lead the vendor risk program. • Design, implement, and maintain the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments across onboarding, periodic reviews, renewals, and offboarding.
• Perform vendor due diligence and evaluate risk exposure associated with third parties.
• Monitor remediation of identified vendor risks and control gaps.
• Maintain vendor risk registers with accurate risk categorization and documentation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Business teams to incorporate risk requirements into contracts and SLAs.
• Prepare periodic risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and governance committees.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards related to third-party risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement of TPRM processes and controls.
