Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) to lead our sales efforts and develop customized risk management solutions for large and mid‑sized organizations. In this role, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their unique risk management needs and align our solutions with their organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • 18+ years of experience in risk management, focusing specifically on third‑party risk management initiatives.
  • Proven hands‑on experience managing complex outsourcing relationships and contracts within regulated environments, demonstrating expertise in compliance.
  • In‑depth understanding of key TPRM regulations relevant to heavily regulated business sectors, including direct compliance experience with global banking regulations such as OCC, ECB, and CPS230.
  • Familiarity with implementing industry‑standard TPRM technologies such as Archer, OneTrust, and ProcessUnity, along with knowledge of AI technologies and their impact on TPRM.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts effectively to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), are highly desirable.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate and analyze third‑party vendors, addressing financial, operational, technical, and reputational risks associated with their engagements.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage industry‑leading technologies such as Archer, OneTrust, and ProcessUnity to enhance TPRM processes and improve overall efficiencies.
  • Innovative Practices: Investigate and report on the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics within the TPRM landscape, advising on potential initiatives and technologies for optimizing risk‑management practices.
  • Training and Development: Lead training sessions and workshops on TPRM best practices for stakeholders throughout the organization, fostering a culture of risk awareness and proactive management.
  • Program Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the TPRM program, providing regular updates to senior leadership and making recommendations for enhancements.
