• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Development, QA, Business, and Customer stakeholders.
• Drive Salesforce delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove delivery impediments as Scrum Master.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager ( TPM ) to lead Salesforce delivery and enterprise system integration projects.
