Responsabilités

• Build day-wise itineraries with timings, transfers, meals and sightseeing for each group.
• Book and confirm hotels, venues, coaches and restaurants, and negotiate rates with vendors.
• Send travellers clear pre-departure details and keep them updated during the trip.
• Track advance payments, balance dues and booking confirmations in one record.
• Travel with groups when needed and manage delays, room changes or medical issues calmly.
• Collect feedback after every tour or event and close out expenses with accounts.
