Position Summary
The Total Rewards Operations Specialist would report to the HR Head, India. You would be responsible to design, implement and manage compensation & benefit program. The ideal candidate will have expertise in running merit cycles, job evaluation, job levelling and job architecture while collaborating with internal business leads, HRBP and Talent Acquisition POC as well as external market research firms, insurance brokers and benefits vendors. Strong in analytical skills, dashboard creation and presentation capabilities are essential for the success of this role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Total Rewards:
  • Lead the annual merit cycle, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
  • Partner with HRBP & Business Leaders to evaluate pay structure, salary ranges and rewards strategies ensuring alignment with internal parity.
  • Interact with external insurance brokers & benefits vendor
Job Evaluation & Job Architecture
  • Conduct job evaluation and job levelling using industry standard frameworks (eg: Mercer/ Hay/ Radford/ AON Hewitt etc)
  • Develop and maintain a consistent job architecture framework.
  • Ensure job description, titles and pay structure aligns with company objective and industry best practices.
  • Provide salary recommendation to Talent Acquisition team for new hires
Data Analysis, Reports & Dashboarding
  • Develop compensation dashboards and reports to provide insights into salary trends, pay equity and workforce analysis.
  • Utilise data visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to create meaningful presentations for leadership.
  • Present findings and recommendations to HR & Senior Management for strategic decision making.
Qualification & Skills
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field
  • 8+years of overall work experience in Human Resources with minimum 4+years in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits (for 1000+ employees in IT industry)
  • Strong in job evaluation methodologies and market bench-marking tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advance), Power BI and data visualisation tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively with senior management.
  • Experience working in HRIS (Workday).
  • Understanding of ERP domain
Additional Qualification
  • Knowledge of International Total Rewards programs
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for total rewards program & plans (India & Global)
