Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Associate to lead ERP delivery and BI work across Power BI, DAX, Alteryx, and Power Platform. You will architect data models, build automated workflows, and ensure high-quality outputs for diverse client projects.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in ERP delivery, systems implementation, business intelligence, or data and automation, with a record of leading technical work.
• Advanced Power BI and DAX, or similar BI technologies: star-schema modeling; CALCULATE; time intelligence; row-level security.
• Advanced Alteryx for data prep, transformation, and workflow automation; joins, parsing, validation logic.
• Advanced Power Platform and Power Automate: Power Apps over Dataverse/SharePoint; cloud flows with triggers.
• Power Query in M language and related data transformation tools; handle source changes and keep queries fast.
• The ability to translate business requirements into robust technical designs and defend them.

We are looking for a Senior Associate on the technology side to lead the build. You work across Power BI, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Alteryx, and Power Platform, you architect the solutions, and you hold the quality bar on what your team ships. You still build with your own hands, and increasingly you shape the approach and bring the Associates around you along. As a member of the broader ERP delivery team, you will also contribute to delivery activities as engagement needs and priorities require.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead technical initiatives across Power BI, Alteryx, and Power Platform.
• Architect data models and automation workflows that tie source data, business logic, and controls to the outcome the client needs.
• Build and review Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations to a professional standard.
• Build and optimize Alteryx workflows for preparation, validation, reconciliation, and repeatable execution.
• Design and lead Power Platform and Power Automate solutions, and hold the quality line on what ships.
• Mentor and develop Associates, review their work, and share what you learn across the practice.
• Own delivery of assigned technical solutions, including quality, timelines, dependencies, risks, and handoffs.
• Represent technical solutions in team, design, and client discussions as appropriate.
• Contribute to broader ERP delivery activities as engagement needs and priorities require.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3 to 6 years in ERP delivery, systems implementation, business intelligence, or data and automation, with a record of leading technical work.
• Advanced Power BI and DAX, or similar business intelligence and analytics technologies: star-schema modeling; measures using CALCULATE, time intelligence, and variables; row-level security; and the ability to find and fix a slow model.
• Advanced Alteryx, or similar data preparation, transformation, and workflow automation technologies: joins and parsing, reconciliation and validation logic, macros, and workflows that run reliably every time.
• Advanced Power Platform and Power Automate, or similar application and workflow automation technologies: Power Apps over Dataverse or SharePoint, and cloud flows with the right triggers, error handling, and approvals.
• Power Query in the M language, or similar data transformation tools and languages, including handling source changes and keeping queries fast.
• The judgment to turn a business requirement into a solution and defend the design, and to review others’ work and own its quality.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and comfort using AI with the discipline to check what it produces.
• Bachelor’s degree.

NICE TO HAVE

• Data strategy or analytics modernization experience.
• Modern AI and agentic frameworks, including retrieval-augmented generation.
• Coordinating more than one workstream at a time.
• Knowledge of Tax operations, or experience with Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, or SQL.

Travel Requirements
