Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks an experienced professional to lead ERP transformation and operational excellence initiatives across client engagements, working with global teams in Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. You will drive delivery excellence and guide teams across geographies, ensuring measurable outcomes.

You will mentor associates, promote adoption of new methods and tools, and escalate risks with clear actions.

Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Lead defined ERP and transformation workstreams on your engagements, remain hands‑on in delivery, and own the quality of what the team delivers.
• Guide distributed execution across time zones through clear documentation and structured handoffs.
• Drive adoption of shared methods, emerging technologies, and improved ways of working within your project teams.
• Mentor and develop Associates, and model the habit of continuous learning.
• Escalate risks and business issues early, with clear context and a recommended action.
• Represent the team's work in client discussions and design sessions as appropriate, with increasing responsibility as your capabilities develop.
• Contribute to the team's toolkit by documenting solutions and sharing what you learn.

What You Will Bring

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in ERP, transformation, operational excellence, or technology-enabled delivery, with demonstrated ownership of work and measurable outcomes.
• Experience guiding team members through complex work.
• Clear, credible communication built for asynchronous, distributed teams.
• The ability to adapt your delivery approach, team practices, and operating model as client and technology needs change.
• Sound judgment and the ability to work independently through ambiguity.
• Comfort with technology-enabled delivery, and enough hands‑on exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, and Power Platform - or similar tools and technologies - to apply them to the work.
• Bachelor's degree.

NICE TO HAVE

• Agile or iterative delivery experience.
• A background in transformation or continuous improvement.
• Experience on geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Tax operations or ERP systems.
