We are looking for an Inside Sales Business Consultant at TopSource. Any candidate who has 1 year of sales experience, good communication skills, and a desire to make a career in International Sales is eligible to apply.

Job Profile

The principal objective is to find quality leads to win new business. The candidate will mainly be responsible for generating appointments from prospective clients in the UK market, presenting TopSource and its payroll and accounting outsourcing solutions.

1. Handle end-to-end sales cycle including cold calling, setting up appointments, lead generation, regular follow-ups, and coordination with domestic clients.
2. Possess extremely good communication and diplomatic skills to build relationships and convert business leads into clients.
3. Handle high-level dialogue with senior executives and represent our brand through telephonic discussions.
4. Be enthusiastic about meeting targets and possess a structured thought process to achieve maximum hit rate.
5. Create a formal impact about the company and its brand with prospective clients.
6. Be well acquainted with business sites like LinkedIn, FunDoo data, Google, etc.
7. Generate leads through calls from prospects for new sales by providing quality service and technical information in a timely manner.
8. Have sound knowledge of primary and secondary research to build a refined database.
9. Have sound knowledge of inside sales in tapping international customers.
10. Work closely with the Practice Team to understand service offerings.

Candidate Profile

1. Must have 1 year working experience in Pre Sales/Inside Sales.
2. Any Graduate/MBA.
3. Strong presentation and persuasive skills.
4. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in outsourcing companies or who have done pre-sales for the service industry.
