Demonstrable experience in upgrading, installing, configuring and supporting some or all of the technologies employed within Deutsche Bank's Tooling & automation application stack including:SRE Production Specialist Automation SQL ITIL/ITSM Nexthink Infinity Power Platform and Power Automate Powershell Scripting GCP GitHub and GitHub Action Ansible Devops and CI/CD
Demonstrable experience in playing leading role in a global level 3 SRE, Production Support, Automation and working within an ITIL framework. Experience of supporting complex application and infrastructure domains Experience with scripting languages such as: Powershell, Python, MSPL Scripting, Java, etc Working knowledge of standard tools (Service-Now, Confluence, JIRA) Comfortable working in a team with a diverse skill set, location and culture across different countries. Must be adaptable and quickly understand the new technologies / emerging markets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and present clear solutions to problems. Proven track record in problem solving, within a medium to large enterprise environment. The candidate will operate within a team for supporting the Global On-Call rota, facilitate weekend changes, and remote support where required.
