Key Responsibilities

• You will be in the MSSQL DBA mission specialist seat in the Technology Operations Center, leading the Level 1 support for service alerts and incidents on Mizuho Americas SQL Server database platforms.
• You will work a rotating 24 x 7 x 365 shift pattern, completing 5 x 9-hour shifts a week, including all three shifts: Shift 1 (Early), Shift 2 (Late), and Shift 3 (Overnight) on all 7 days of the week. Example: Weeks 14: Early, Weeks 58: Late, Weeks 912: Overnight
