Job summary

WeShine Academy in Chennai is seeking TNPSC Faculty to train students for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examinations, including Group I, Group II/IIA, and Group IV. The role requires passion, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to explain concepts clearly to competitive exam aspirants.

Responsibilities include conducting classroom and online coaching, teaching multiple TNPSC subjects, preparing materials and mock tests, and guiding students to improve exam performance.

Qualifications

• Any graduate with strong knowledge of TNPSC subjects.
• Previous TNPSC coaching or competitive exam teaching experience is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills are welcome.
• Ability to explain concepts in Tamil and/or English.
• Strong presentation, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.

• Conduct engaging classroom and online coaching sessions for TNPSC aspirants.
• Teach General Studies, History, Geography, Indian Polity, Economics, General Science, Current Affairs, General Tamil, General English, and Aptitude based on subject expertise.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock test papers.
• Explain previous-year questions, shortcuts, and exam-oriented problem-solving techniques.
• Conduct regular tests, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback.
• Clarify students' doubts and provide academic guidance.
• Keep study materials updated according to the latest TNPSC syllabus and examination pattern.
• Motivate students and help them improve their exam performance.
• Participate in academic discussions and contribute to question-bank development.
