Job summary

AG Realty is seeking passionate, result-oriented Part-Time Evening Teachers/Tutors to conduct classes for 9–12th grade students under the Tamil Nadu State Board (Samacheer Kalvi).

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience teaching 9th–12th state board levels, with deep knowledge of the Samacheer Kalvi syllabus, strong Tamil and English communication, and the ability to align curriculum and prepare students for board exams.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate in the relevant subject (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.A, M.A, B.Ed, or B.E/B.Tech).
• 8–12 years of experience teaching 9th–12th state board (coaching center or school experience preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of Samacheer Kalvi textbook content, blueprint, and marking schemes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English to explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Subject Delivery: Conduct engaging teaching sessions for 9th–12th standard students.
• Curriculum Alignment: Follow Samacheer Kalvi syllabus strictly, completing chapters ahead of school schedules.
• Exam Preparation: Prepare students for board exams (Class 10 & 12) and school mid-terms with regular revisions.
• Assessments & Evaluation: Create periodic tests, evaluate answer sheets, provide constructive feedback.
• Doubt Resolution: Address student queries and assist weaker students.
• Progress Tracking: Maintain attendance and performance sheets; update parents in periodic meets.
