About the Role

The position is reporting to the Chief Security & Resilience Officer. The position is responsible for leading the cybersecurity initiatives, enhancement projects, and will serve as a lead within the Cybersecurity group.

This team serves to provide meaningful insight to enable effective decision making for the purpose of reducing information security risks for TMF Group and improving the performance of the Information Security organization. Additionally, the position is accountable for serving delivery of data management and governance frameworks, requirements, and processes, the development of report automation capabilities, and the operational reporting of risk and performance metrics for various global audiences ranging from operational leaders to Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing special projects, evolutionary initiatives, and contributing towards the delivery of growth against the developed maturity model.
2. Accountable for the sustainment and continuous improvement of the reporting framework including data management and governance.
3. Accountable for supporting the development of report automation capabilities.
4. Accountable for supporting the operational reporting of risk and performance metrics for various global audiences ranging from operational leaders to Board of Directors.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 15 Years plus of progressively responsible work in security management is required.
2. Basic IT skills with a working knowledge of the range of MS Office packages.
3. Strong management skills together with excellent communication, influencing negotiating and engagement skills.
4. Full knowledge of emergency response planning & execution, crisis management, disaster recovery operations and business continuity.
5. Ability to assess risk and implement mitigation strategies.
6. Ability to develop strong working relationships with people of all levels.
7. Ability to define and communicate clear business objectives and desired outcomes.
8. Ability to analyze/interpret difficult situations and provide recommendations for resolution.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
10. Experience with best of breed infrastructure solutions, including proven experience with Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
11. Understanding of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
12. Demonstrated experience managing a 24/7 response team.
13. Leadership experience with end-to-end information security practices, compliance requirements, data privacy, sovereignty and confidentiality practices, security testing and auditing, and rapid response procedures.
14. Good understanding of information security technologies and knowledge around network devices, servers, Firewall, IDS, IPS, SIEM, DLP, Proxy, Web / Email Content Filtering and AntiVirus Malware protection.
15. Good understanding of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing and technologies associated with the capabilities.
16. Good understanding of incident response and management capability for cyber incidents.
17. Knowledge of technical, operational and cultural structures required to scale teams in a high-growth environment.
18. Knowledgeable of information security industry frameworks (e.g. ISO, NIST, COBIT). Knowledge of electronic security systems.
19. Preferred: Advance certifications specific to role (such as CISA / CRISC / CISSP / etc.).
