Accountabilities
- Assist with daily Transaction Monitoring activities including review, investigation, and reporting using AML knowledge.
- Perform monitoring checks on customers, transactions, and related activities to identify potential risks and meet regulatory requirements.
- Manage alerts and issues generated from monitoring tests, including investigation and resolution.
- Work with teams across the bank to align and integrate Transaction Monitoring processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes to monitoring procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of procedures and controls that reduce risk and maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to apply best practices in Transaction Monitoring services.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives designed to improve monitoring effectiveness and efficiency.

- Assist with SAR investigations and reporting while maintaining regulatory standards.
- Support ongoing monitoring initiatives by reviewing, investigating, and reporting transactions using AML expertise.
- Execute monitoring checks across customer and transaction activities to detect potential risks.
- Experience with AML and transaction monitoring processes is beneficial.
- Ability to coordinate with customer support teams regarding transaction‑related queries.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Exposure to risk assessments for both individual and business clients.
- Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
