Job summary

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance seeks a seasoned Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of sales systems projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery with strong vendor governance.

This role emphasizes SLAs/SLOs, contracts, and stakeholder alignment in a dynamic environment. The position requires robust experience in project management, vendor ecosystems, and delivery governance, with a focus on scalable, compliant solutions for enterprise sales

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management and execution across systems for Sales.
• Review deliverables, highlight delays and risks, ensure QA per contract.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory guidelines and audits.
• Monthly reporting to stakeholders with dashboards and reports.
• Manage amendments to agreements, SOWs, and service exhibits.
• Provide inputs to solution design and architecture for scalable deployments.

Job Purpose

This position is the single point of contact for identified system(s) and assumes overall responsibility and ownership of all assigned Systems for Sales - managing the execution of various projects on an ongoing basis. Additionally, this position is responsible towards exercising budgetary control over no. of projects/hours spent under each System. This position is also responsible for Commercial Management, Vendor Management, Market Evaluation of new solutions, Solution and design management, Project management, Management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives.

Key Result Areas

KRA1 Project management and execution

1. Review high-level deliverables across projects.
2. Highlight and elevate delays and issues at appropriate levels
3. Implement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with the contract.
4. Minimize risk and shares best practices across multiple projects - Identifies and mitigates projects risk across projects.
5. Review the status reports of systems across projects and addresses
6. issues as appropriate
7. Compile with and enforces standard policies and procedures of the department and organization
8. Ensure compliance with organizations and /statutory guidelines/regulations and participate in Audit reviews.
9. Monthly reporting to stakeholders using dashboards and reports

KRA2 Stakeholder expectations and relationship

1. Serve as key participant in team
2. Effectively communicates relevant project/practice information to superiors and peers in other practices.
3. Monitor the user issues and ensuring systems stability in production.

• Manage day-to-day stakeholder interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.

KRA3 Contract Management

1. Manage the responsibilities outlined in Agreement & Statement of Work
2. Manage amendments to SOW, Service Level Exhibits, Annexure, Estimation Models etc.

• Periodic review of agreements

KRA4 Solution , Design and Architecture Inputs

1. Review the solution design of major projects.
2. Validate the infrastructure requirements to meet the scalability and robustness of the solution required by business
3. Provide inputs to the architecture and system design in accordance with the current technology footprint and future requirements
4. Provide inputs and Validate the integration requirements to ensure that there are no points of failure
