Job summary

• Drive daily shortage analysis and recovery plans; escalate shortages affecting production
• Coordinate with Purchase and suppliers for critical material requirements
• Prepare shortage reports and recovery timelines; conduct material review meetings
• Manage SAP transactions (GRN, material issue, transfer, stock adjustment) and maintain material master
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS for material availability and inventory; use Excel/ERP/MRP data for analysis
