Job summary

Phenom in India seeks an experienced engineering leader to oversee the complete design and engineering function for EHV/UHV transmission lines. You will own the process from tender engineering and route development through tower design, foundation design, client approvals, and manufacturing support.

Leading the engineering team, you will ensure safe, compliant, optimized, and constructible designs across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design and engineering for EHV/UHV transmission lines.
• End-to-end project ownership from tender to construction.
• Strong knowledge of tower and foundation design.
• Ability to secure client approvals for designs.
• Proficiency with PLS tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team with a focus on safe, compliant, and optimized designs.
• Oversee route development, tower design, and foundation decisions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and construction engineering during execution.
• Ensure timely client approvals and response to technical queries.
