Job summary

Millims is seeking a skilled Endpoint Administrator to deliver end-to-end support for desktop operations and Intune-based configuration management. You will deploy devices via Autopilot, enforce policies, and manage BYOD and corporate devices, ensuring smooth deployment across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.

The role requires 5+ years with Intune/Windows platforms, strong PowerShell scripting capabilities, and excellent documentation skills.

Qualifications

Key Objective

The role entails providing end to end support for desktop operations and system centre configuration manager for application deployment and patching Windows10 and Windows11 platforms.

Location: Bangalore

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00 or 09.00 - 18.00 (UK time) for full support work. UK time is 4.5 or 5.5 hours behind IST and varies with daylight saving time.

Responsibilities

Job Specifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows platforms.
• Extensive experience in Intune administration: Autopilot deployments, device provisioning, application deployments.
• Strong expertise in creating and troubleshooting Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, App Protection Policies, and App Configuration Policies.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM for DEP (corporate) and BYOD devices.
• Proficient in managing Windows10/11 devices through Intune, OS updates, policy enforcement, security baselines.
• Capability to deploy Win32 and Line-of-Business applications to Windows endpoints.
• Familiarity with deploying VPP and private applications to iOS and Android.
• Experience reviewing logs and diagnosing Autopilot failures, application deployment errors, and enrolment challenges.
• Experience in creating PowerShell remediation scripts.
• Strong documentation skills: drafting KB articles and SOPs.
• Good English communication – verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, tenacity in problem solving.
• MD‑102 Endpoint Administrator certification (preferred).
