The ideal candidate will independently manage welding activities, ensuring quality and precision in stainless steel fabrication.

The role demands strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with the fabrication team to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components and structures
• Carry out welding and fabrication work per drawings, measurements and specifications
• Prepare, fit, align, and weld stainless steel components accurately
• Ensure weld quality, finish and appearance meet requirements
• Inspect welded joints and identify welding defects or quality issues
• Handle welding tools, equipment and related fabrication tools safely
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace
• Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to meet timelines
• Follow safety procedures and proper welding practices
• Perform other welding and fabrication activities as required in caravan manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced TIG Stainless Steel Welder to join our caravan manufacturing unit at Jatni, Khordha. The candidate should have strong practical experience in TIG welding, particularly stainless-steel welding and fabrication.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling welding activities while maintaining proper quality, finish, and accuracy required for caravan manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components and structures.
