AireSpring, a leading provider of cloud communications and managed connectivity, is seeking a Tier One Telecom Support Engineer. You will troubleshoot Layer 1/2 issues, coordinate with CLECs/ILECs, and manage tickets while maintaining high-quality customer communication.
The role requires 2+ years in telecom support, WAN proficiency, and experience with Cisco/Adtran, Velo SD-WAN, Meraki, and Fortinet devices. Shift-based schedule with dynamic hours and cross-team collaboration.

As a Tier One Telecom Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for telecom transport issues, working with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve service disruptions quickly and professionally. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
